I upped this yesterday and haven't received an MD5 failure notification but it hasn't derived fully yet either. Any ideas?

check your spam filter.

in the future, click on the 'task ID' link of the red-lined failed task and near the bottom you will see what failed. in this case it was:

The following files were missing:
gourds2002-09-27.matrix.d3t04_Grievin&Smokin.flac
MD5, flac, or other integrity check failed!
Updating catalog with error status.

please delete that track off of the server and re-upload it. when you are done, check-box the red-lined failed tasks and click 'rerun' at the top of the 'history' page:

though it looks like one of the failed tasks is now running okay. not sure if you fixed it already or what. but regardless, we'll see how it pans out after you fix that one track.
